Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize and perform general maintenance and repairs per standards.
• Inspect vacated apartments and document renovations.
• Restore units to make-ready status after inspections.
• Handle repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for safety and project needs.
• Respond to resident requests with timely, quality service.
• Promote safe work practices on-site staff.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Fair Housing regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Represent Mill Creek's mission and values in daily work.
