Job summary

Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC is seeking a Service Technician Level II at our Frisco, TX community. You will maintain property conditions, perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and other systems, and ensure timely, quality make-ready units.

This role emphasizes safety, customer service to residents, and adherence to Fair Housing regulations; prior multi-family maintenance experience and HVAC/CPO certification are valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of on-site maintenance experience.
• HVAC and CPO certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and performing general duties, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
• Inspect vacated apartments, document renovations, and re-inspect units.
• Routinely perform duties to restore apartments to make-ready status.
• Respond to problems with repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other systems.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to ensure safety and identify projects.
• Respond to resident requests, delivering excellent customer service.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with laws including Fair Housing.
• Address additional duties as assigned.
