Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Make Ready maintenance professional to assist in carrying out maintenance, make-ready processes, and routine, preventative, and cosmetic tasks across the property. Under supervision, you will support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager in ensuring units meet standards and safety policies are followed.

The role emphasizes on-site responsibilities, daily resident interactions, and timely completion of work orders, with a focus on safety and quality outcomes

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community and make-ready units to property standards.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist with scheduling and performing maintenance/repair turn events.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Keep records of service requests, preventive maintenance, and status of make-ready work.
• Uphold safety standards and OSHA guidelines in daily tasks.
