Job summary

Asset Living is hiring for a Make Ready position focused on assisting with maintenance and make-ready processes for our communities. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager on corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.

The role requires daily on-site attendance, a high school diploma, and basic computer skills, with responsibilities including unit readiness, resident requests, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required to operate on-site software.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and ensure make-ready units meet property standards.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized maintenance shop and follow safety guidelines.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Report observed violations of community rules to supervisor.
