Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance technician in San Diego, CA to turn over vacant apartments to market-ready condition. You will perform skilled repairs to ensure quality, safety, and resident satisfaction in a high-volume multifamily setting.

The role requires 1–2 years of property maintenance experience, basic plumbing and electrical skills, drywall repair, and some appliance/window repairs. Mon–Fri 9am–6pm; 20% housing discount offered plus potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property maintenance experience.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, and appliance/window repairs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and make-readies per checklist.
• Caulk and seal around windows, sinks, toilets, tubs and showers.
• Inspect sheetrock and perform needed repairs.
• Paint vacant and occupied units as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; clean and paint curbs/signage.
