Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience required.
• HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical knowledge preferred.
• EPA and CPO certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per safety standards.
• Makes ready units for leasing, including inspections and punch lists.
• Manages materials, tools, and inventory; documents work properly.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; supports cost-control practices.
• Attends safety meetings and adheres to site policies.
