Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property maintenance experience.
• Basic plumbing, electric, drywall repair and basic knowledge in appliance repairs and window and screen doors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes all needed repairs and improvements to apartment homes prior to resident move-in by following the community’s make-ready checklist.
• Inspects all sheetrock for damage and repairs or replaces as needed.
• Performs touch-up paints for vacant and occupied units as directed by supervisor or manager.
• Supports cost-cutting and expense control by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible.
