Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Make Ready technician to support on-site maintenance operations at our Portland properties. You will assist in corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, ensuring units meet standards before residents move in and maintaining site safety.

Responsibilities include responding to requests, assisting with unit turnovers, upkeep of common areas, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure make-ready units meet property standards before new residents move in.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain a well-organized maintenance shop and follow safety guidelines (OSHA).
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with inventory, scheduling, and make-ready tasks.
