Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician Level II to maintain apartments and common areas in Port Reading, NJ. You will perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related repairs while upholding safety standards and high quality presentation.

Responsibilities include inspecting vacated units, coordinating renovations, and delivering excellent customer service to residents. Prior multi-family maintenance experience is preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience; multi-family setting helpful.
• HVAC and CPO certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and performing general duties, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
• Thoroughly inspect vacated apartments and document renovations.
• Routinely perform duties to restore apartments to make-ready status.
• Respond to problems with repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for safety and plan maintenance projects.
• Provide timely resident service and safe-work practices.
• Ensure compliance with laws and standards, including Fair Housing.
