Job summary
ADP, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Galax property. You will clean/restore vacant units, perform general maintenance, install appliances, and assist with painting and repairs across indoor and outdoor areas.
The role requires hands-on problem solving, safe operation of tools, timely responses to maintenance requests, and reliable transportation to travel around the site. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Qualifications
- One year minimum of prior experience in maintenance or related field.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
Responsibilities
- Clean/restore recently vacated apartment homes.
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility and grounds.
- Install or assist with the installation of appliances.
- Exterior/ Interior painting and caulking, light drywall repair.
- Ability to physically manage painting, pressure washing, blower breezeways, and parking lots.
- Aid with resident relation issues, including delivering notices and assisting occupancy checks.
- Perform quality control on all systems, appliances, and aesthetics to meet move-in standards.
