Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a newly opened apartment community in Phoenix, AZ. The role covers extensive on-site maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pools, and carpentry, with duties ranging from routine repairs to preparing vacants for occupancy.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, preventative maintenance, and responding to resident requests promptly, while maintaining safety and cleanliness across the property.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, perform basic calculations, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain pools, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and other property equipment.
• Complete assigned maintenance requests and work orders promptly and professionally.
• Prepare vacant apartment homes for occupancy and maintain grounds and common areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance and follow equipment maintenance schedules.
• Inspect the property and report hazards to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and manage materials and supplies.
