Job summary

Millennia-Housing-Management- is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to coordinate tasks and supplies to prepare vacant units for re-occupancy and assist the maintenance team on special projects. The role involves exterior/interior upkeep, yard work, and ensuring move-in readiness across properties in Galax, VA.

You will assist with electrical/plumbing tasks, appliance installation, painting, and routine maintenance while maintaining safety and professional conduct on site.

Qualifications

• One (1) year minimum of prior experience.
• Must have reliable transportation to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean/restore recently vacated apartment homes.
• Maintain cleanliness of facility and grounds.
• Install or assist with installation of appliances.
• Exterior/Interior painting and caulking; light drywall repair.
• Physically manage painting, pressure washing, breezeways, and parking lots.
• Assist with diagnosis and minor maintenance/repairs (electrical/plumbing; A/C and heating).
