Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Goshen Estates property in Augusta, GA. This full-time role focuses on keeping facilities safe, functional, and well-maintained, with hands-on responsibilities across systems and equipment.

You will perform routine repairs, respond to service requests, and collaborate with staff to meet resident needs. A minimum of 1 year in apartment maintenance and HVAC/plumbing knowledge are preferred, with opportunities for growth through a defined career

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in apartment maintenance.
HVAC experience is preferred.
Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
Ability to work independently and manage time.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple requests.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, systems, and property structures.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance concerns.
Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
Fabricate and install components to maintain property standards.
Maintain maintenance records using CMMS.
Assist with snow removal and seasonal property upkeep.
Collaborate with management and other departments for efficiency.
Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
