Job summary

Apartment Management Professionals (AMP) seeks a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair apartment units and property facilities. You will prepare apartments for move-in, diagnose issues, and perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs while following AMP safety standards.

You will inspect vacated units, document renovations, and ensure make-ready status, responding promptly to tenant requests and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of general maintenance experience.
• HVAC, EPA, and CPO certifications preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of apartments for move-in and perform diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Assist in organizing general maintenance, preventative upkeep, and safety-compliant tasks.
• Inspect vacated apartments, document renovations and re-inspect for make-ready status.
