Adara Communities is seeking an Apartment Make Ready Technician to prepare and restore vacant apartments for new residents. You will perform minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks, ensuring a timely unit turn and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior apartment make ready experience required.
• Basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and construction repair abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and restore vacant apartments for new resident move-ins.
• Repair or service items such as sinks, showers, appliances, cabinets, doors, and fixtures.
• Change bulbs; replace light fixtures, switches, outlets, and damaged hardware.
• Inspect locks, keys, and weather stripping; re-key or repair as needed.
• Complete interior and exterior painting and caulking.
• Perform light drywall repairs including patching, texturing, sanding and finishing.
• Assist with grounds upkeep including trash pickup and pressure washing.
