Job summary

Cars.com LLC is looking for an Account Executive (AE) for Major Accounts. This remote-first role supports the Enterprise Sales Executive in driving customer success and account growth.

Key responsibilities include managing customer portfolios, preparing reports, and identifying upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of remote sales experience and a Bachelor's degree.

The compensation package includes a competitive base salary and variable performance-based compensation.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of remote sales experience with proven ability to retain business.
• Experience in customer service and solutions-based selling.
• Experience in the automotive industry or digital marketplace is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for customers, focusing on remote sales.
• Manage account portfolios and maintain revenue targets.
• Support sales or referral of Cars Commerce products to customers.
• Collaborate with EAE to execute account strategies.
• Prepare reports and audits for assigned accounts.
• Identify upsell opportunities and assist in closing deals.
• Demonstrate strong remote sales techniques.
