Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our properties, ensuring cleanliness, safety and functionality. You will diagnose and repair issues, perform make-readies, and manage supplies and documentation.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, inspecting work, coordinating vendors, and supporting grounds and common areas. Strong safety and OSHA-focused practices are required, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications required.
• All state/local certifications must be valid.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders for resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare vacant homes for leasing and move-ins by inspecting, creating punch lists and coordinating vendors.
• Access materials and track inventory from maintenance department; reorder as needed.
