Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance tasks on residential properties.
• Ability to diagnose causes of defects and perform repairs per policy and code.
• Experience completing make-ready inspections and coordinating vendors.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders and preventative maintenance on the property.
• Prepares vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins.
• Tracks inventory, returns unused items, and notifies supervisor about re-ordering needs.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking.
