Job summary

Greystar is seeking a full-time Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of buildings and grounds, ensuring cleanliness, safety, appearance and overall functionality across properties. You will diagnose defects, complete work orders, and support make-ready tasks for new move-ins.

Responsibilities include inventory control, documentation, and assisting in cost-saving maintenance practices while following safety and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• State and local jurisdiction certification requirements.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Finish the make-ready process for vacant apartments including inspections and punch lists.
• Access and track materials from maintenance for re-orders; manage inventory as needed.

Education
