Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of properties, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, making the make-ready preparations for vacant units, inventory control, documentation, grounds upkeep, and participating in safety trainings; occasional travel and a flexible schedule may be required.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant apartments for leasing (make-ready), completes pre-move-out inspections, creates punch lists, schedules vendors, and inspects work.
• Tracks inventory, returns unused items, and notifies supervisor when re-ordering needs.
