Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across its communities. The role covers corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision.

Responsibilities include make-ready tasks, daily grounds and common area upkeep, pool maintenance with chemical logs, and safety compliance. On-site attendance is required, with strong focus on resident relations and timely service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on community buildings and units.
• Assist with the make-ready process in line with property objectives.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend asset life and minimize future repairs.
• Assist in safety programs and adhere to OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
• Keep maintenance shop organized and stocked; report safety issues.
• Maintain records for service requests, EPA/OSHA standards, and make-ready status.
