Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property communities nationwide. You will assist with corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The role requires regular on-site attendance, quick response to work orders, make-ready tasks, pool upkeep, safety compliance, and accurate record keeping.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and Fair Housing Laws is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform make-ready tasks and pool maintenance with accurate chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and common areas daily for hazards and maintain safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and compliance.
