Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in carrying out the maintenance processes across the community, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. The role requires regular on-site attendance, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with make-ready process under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain safe and organized maintenance shop and follow safety standards.
