Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance processes for a multi-unit property. Responsibilities include corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision.

The role emphasizes on-site tasks and timely response to resident needs. Applicants should have a HS diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and on-site duties.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate, timely chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify, minimize and correct hazardous property conditions.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community while minimizing future repairs.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with monitoring inventory of equipment and supplies as requested.
• Participate in on-call emergency at community.
