Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across its communities. The role covers corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision. The technician will handle make-ready tasks, on-site safety, and daily upkeep to ensure community standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas.
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on community facilities, buildings, and units.
• Assist with the scheduling and execution of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain swimming pool safety and chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
