Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a full range of maintenance duties across community properties. You will assist in corrective, preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance under supervision, with a focus on safety and resident satisfaction.

Strong on-site presence is required, including regular inspections, on-call duties, and precise record-keeping. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are needed to support work orders, logs, and compliance tasks.

Qualifications

• On-site software basics required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of community properties, buildings and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Support scheduling and execution of maintenance/repair tasks and make-ready processes.
• Maintain exterior grounds, common areas, and pool/chemical logs.
• Inspect properties daily for hazards and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and stock levels; follow safety guidelines.
• Assist in equipment inventory and records of service requests and work progress.
• Support on-call emergency coverage and uphold customer relations.
