Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance across our properties. You will handle routine and emergency repairs, assist with make-ready tasks, and maintain common areas under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills. Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is a plus, and on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of on-site software functions and computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Maintain common areas, buildings, and units and support make-ready activities.
• Perform pool maintenance and keep chemical logs.
• Ensure safety compliance and follow Asset Living policies.
