Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The role involves make-ready tasks, daily on-site responsibilities, responding to resident requests, and maintaining safety and records. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with OSHA knowledge advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance processes: corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Support make-ready process under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly for common areas, buildings, and units.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards; assist in inventory and record-keeping.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and ensure safety compliance.
