Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support its community maintenance program. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, assist with make-ready tasks, and help ensure safety and quality across properties.

Regular on-site attendance is required, respond to resident and management requests, maintain records, assist with inventory, and support the maintenance supervisor and community manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills for on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with the make-ready process in line with property objectives.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly across common areas, buildings, and units.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend life of the community.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and adhere to safety standards.
