Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across our communities. You will handle corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, ensuring safe, well‑maintained environments for residents.

Responsibilities include daily on-site attendance, responding to work orders, assisting with make-ready, pool maintenance, and maintaining records while adhering to OSHA guidelines and fair housing laws. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Attend to community maintenance and on-site duties daily.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and facilities daily for hazards and upkeep.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and keep accurate records.
