Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Winsley property. You will be responsible for a broad range of maintenance tasks and repairs to keep apartments and common areas in top condition, delivering high levels of customer service to residents and ensuring safety standards.

You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general upkeep tasks, manage work orders, and respond to property emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as specified by the supervisor/manager.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance.
• Maintain work orders and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
