Avenue5 Residential seeks a maintenance technician to handle apartment and property maintenance tasks, delivering high standards of customer service and curb appeal under the supervision of property management.

The role covers electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC and grounds maintenance, with on-call after-hours shifts and emphasis on safety and resident satisfaction. Requires a high school diploma and maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring, carpentry and HVAC repairs.
• Carry out general carpentry such as wallboard repair and cabinet replacement.
• Conduct preventative maintenance including siding, painting and lighting.
