Job summary

Asset Living is a fast-growing property management firm providing maintenance and operational support across communities nationwide. The Maintenance Technician will assist in all maintenance processes including corrective, preventive, and cosmetic tasks under supervision.

Regular onsite attendance and safety-conscious performance are essential. Responsibilities include handling resident requests, coordinating turn events, maintaining records, and participating in on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of the property including preventive, routine, corrective, emergency, and cosmetic tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain accurate chemical logs where applicable.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend life of the community and minimize future repairs.
• On-call emergency coverage at the community and reporting of safety hazards to supervision.
