Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the property’s maintenance program on-site. You will handle corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, participate in make-ready processes, and ensure safety and uptime across the community.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, assisting with turn events, performing pool maintenance, and maintaining records while following OSHA guidelines and Fair Housing requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventive maintenance program that extends the life of the community while minimizing future repairs.
• Maintain well-organized and properly stocked maintenance shop while adhering to safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate, timely chemical logs.
• Report any observed violations of community rules and regulations to the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Manager.
