Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance processes at the community, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. This role operates under supervision to ensure property standards and safety guidelines are met.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, assisting with turn events, pool maintenance, and keeping logs. A high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety and housing regulations are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist with maintenance/repair-related turn events and daily clean-up of exterior areas.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and keep accurate service records.
