Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of the property, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of amenities and common areas.

You will handle work orders, preventative maintenance, and make-ready processes, while documenting work and adhering to safety policies. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed and may involve on-site housing discounts where available.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance on the property in accordance with policies and safety standards.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing, including inspections, punch lists, and coordinating with vendors.
• Manages materials and inventory, records work performed, and maintains documentation for service requests.
