Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support multiple community properties with a range of maintenance tasks. Under supervision, you will handle corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work, including the make-ready process and daily grounds maintenance.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic on-site software skills, and familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Basic on-site software/portal usage is required.
• Essential safety protocols understanding is expected.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas and units in a timely manner.
• Perform routine, preventative, corrective, and cosmetic maintenance as needed.
• Assist with make-ready process and turnover events.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend community life and minimize future repairs.
• Maintain accurate records for service requests and logs including chemical logs and safety compliance.
