Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across the community. You will assist with corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA guidelines. Regular on-site work and participation in emergency on-call rotations are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and safety practices.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and Fair Housing laws is required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance across community areas, buildings and units.
• Respond to resident and management requests promptly.
• Maintain preventative maintenance and make-ready tasks.
• Keep the maintenance shop organized and stocked.
• Perform daily pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• On-call as part of emergency response at the community.
