Qualifications

• Performs routine maintenance tasks and repairs on property systems and structures.
• Executes make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing.
• Maintains inventory of parts, supplies, and equipment; notifies supervisor for re-orders.
• Documents service requests and work completed for records and tracing.
• Maintains common areas, grounds, and amenities to meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Lead make-ready inspections and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Track materials and return unused items to stockroom.
• Document and file service reports accurately and promptly.
• Stay flexible with on-call schedule and after-hours as required.
• Support safety and cost-control initiatives by using resources efficiently.
