Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring buildings and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

The role involves completing work orders, preparing vacant homes for leasing, tracking inventory, and assisting in grounds and amenities maintenance. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certification is required.
• State and Local jurisdiction certifications required.
• Requires valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing and move-ins.
• Follows procedures to access materials and tracks inventory.
• Completes documentation for service requests.
• Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Supports cost-cutting by repairing components rather than replacing parts.
