Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the property's buildings, grounds, and amenities to Greystar standards in Charleston, SC. You will diagnose and repair issues, complete make-ready tasks, and ensure safety compliance.

In this role you’ll follow established procedures, manage work orders, and support cost-control efforts while providing reliable maintenance for residents and teams at our managed communities.

Qualifications

• Essential maintenance responsibilities are performed in accordance with policy.
• Make-ready process for vacant homes includes pre-move-out inspection and scheduling repairs.
• Maintain documentation and safety training per OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders and preventative maintenance per policy.
• Prepares vacant homes for leasing and coordinates repairs.
• Tracks materials, tools, and inventory; notifies supervisor for reordering.
• Documents service requests accurately and promptly.
