Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring building systems, grounds, and common areas meet the company’s standards for safety and overall functionality.

The role involves handling work orders, completing the make-ready process for vacant units, tracking materials, and maintaining documentation. You will assist in routine inspections and support cost-saving maintenance practices across properties.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1 & II or Universal) required where applicable.
• State and local certifications as required for all technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant homes for leasing, conducts pre-move-out inspections, and manages punch lists.
• Obtains materials, schedules vendors, and completes maintenance tasks with accuracy.
• Documents service requests timely for proper tracking.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, including cleaning and minor repairs.
• Supports cost-control by fixing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
