Qualifications

• Ability to respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Must maintain accurate records regarding service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the job including lifting objects over 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective, preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance.
• Assist with the scheduling of maintenance events and clean up of the property.
• Respond to resident and management requests in a timely manner.
