Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance and make-ready tasks at Denver communities. You will perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision to ensure high standards of property condition.

The role emphasizes on-site safety, efficient issue resolution, and coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community facilities and respond to work orders promptly.
• Perform routine, preventive, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with make-ready process and safety compliance.
• Maintain safe and organized maintenance shop; follow OSHA standards.
• Assist with inventory and record-keeping for service requests.
• Participate in on-call emergency rotations.

Education
