Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Parker, Colorado. The role focuses on corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision to support property operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to community features and units.
• Assist with scheduling and execution of maintenance turn events.
• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for hazards and address issues.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend community life and reduce future repairs.
• Follow Asset key policy and maintain organized maintenance shop with safety compliance.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with inventory and equipment tracking.
• Document service requests, EPA/OSHA standards, and status of make-ready work.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
