Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across communities. You will perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance, assist with make-ready tasks, and respond to resident requests while ensuring safety and compliance with standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills to operate on-site software. On-call duties and a collaborative team environment are part of the job responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required to operate on-site software and tools.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance for the property and units.
• Assist with make-ready work and turnover events to prepare units for new residents.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines on all maintenance activities.
• Assist in inventory management and coordination with the maintenance supervisor.
