Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Denver, CO to support on-site maintenance, make-ready processes, and routine repairs across multifamily properties. You will respond to resident requests, perform preventative tasks, and assist with safety and housekeeping duties to maintain quality environments.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance, corrective, preventative and cosmetic work on the property.
• Support make-ready process to meet property objectives under supervision.
• Respond to work orders for common areas, buildings and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs as required.
• Keep maintenance shop organized and adhere to safety standards.
