Job summary

Asset Living in Denver, CO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily property maintenance, preventive maintenance, and make-ready tasks under supervision. The role requires regular on-site attendance and the ability to work within safety guidelines.

You will respond to resident requests, perform pool maintenance and logs, inspect grounds for hazards, and assist with inventory and safety training. This is a safety-sensitive, on-call position focused on maintaining a welcoming community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required to perform onsite software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is expected.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units.
• Assist in maintenance, preventive maintenance, and make-ready tasks under supervision.
• Maintain pool maintenance and chemical logs; ensure safety and cleanliness of outdoor areas.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and address issues.
• Assist in inventory management and safety training as part of the maintenance team.
