Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC in Santa Rosa is seeking a Service Technician to maintain property buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas to Greystar standards of cleanliness, safety and functionality.

The role covers making ready units for leasing, completing maintenance tasks, documenting work orders, and supporting safety and cost-control programs. The position requires 1–2 years of experience and EPA refrigerant certifications.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• 1–2 years of maintenance or service experience.

Responsibilities

• Completes maintenance work orders and resident requests, diagnosing defects and performing repairs per safety standards.
• Prepares vacant units for leasing through make-ready inspections and punch lists.
• Tracks materials and reorders supplies, returning unused items to stock.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking and closure.
• Assists in grounds upkeep and amenities and supports cost-control initiatives.

Education

EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling

Driver's license valid for golf cart operation
