Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance or service technician experience.
• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• State and Local jurisdiction certifications as required.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsabilités

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing per policy.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant units, inspections, and scheduling vendors.
• Manage materials flow: track inventory, return items, and notify reorders.
• Document service requests accurately and timely.
• Maintain grounds and amenities; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts.
